Miami-Dade County hosted the 2017 Miami International Agriculture and Cattle Show on April 14-16 at the Ronald Reagan Equestrian Center at Tropical Park.

More than 50,000 people have attended the festival in previous years, with visitors from 22 countries including Russia, Argentina, Brazil, Panama and Colombia. The show featured premium show cattle from Florida, Texas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Arizona, Alabama, Arkansas, North Carolina, Missouri, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The show also featured a live auction simulcast live internationally via the internet. Miami has now become the international conversation piece for cattlemen and has emerged as a world recognized location for Agricultural and Cattle exhibitions. All proceeds derived from concessions and sales went directly to benefit the South Florida Autism Charter Schools which provides free education. Visitors who attended enjoyed live music, a medieval-times show, car shows, bull riding, horse jumping, polo and team roping exhibitions and activities for children.
